Snow Summit offers professionally taught skiing and snowboarding lessons for all ages from beginners through experts. A designated instructor guides you throughout the entire process, using a traditional method of teaching that focuses on individual attention. Snow Summit and Bear Mountain offer ski and snowboard learning programs as well as equipment rentals for guests beginning at 4 years old for skiing and 5 years old for snowboarding. Complete packages are also available for all ages including lessons, lift tickets and discounted rates on equipment rentals. Multiple day programs are available as well as all-day camps for children ages 4-7. Below is a variety of money-saving lesson packages to choose from.

- Snowboard lessons are not available for children under the age of 4
- Sunglasses or goggles are strongly recommended for all classes
- Lesson times vary and are subject to change - please confirm at the ticket window or Snow Sport Center
- When only one-person shows up for a group lesson, lesson time will be reduced to 1 hour
- Reservations for Little Bear School and Camp are highly recommended as space is very limited.
